These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Airofit’s website, mobile applications and related services (the "Services"), and the purchase and use of Airofit memberships.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.
3. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old or have valid parental consent. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Membership Model
An active membership is required to access the Services. Memberships provide access to the Airofit platform, content and features. Certain memberships include a device for use with the Services.
5. Pricing and Payment
Membership fees are billed in advance and renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices may vary by region and may change with prior notice as required by law.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation prevents future renewals, but you will retain access until the end of the current paid term. No refunds are provided for unused periods unless required by law.
7. Returns and Refunds
The provisions set out in this section apply specifically to Airofit ELITE.
Digital products are non-refundable, subject to statutory rights.
Physical products may be returned in accordance with our return policy as published on our website.Accessories and other physical products, including Airofit Active, may be returned within 30 days in accordance with our return policy, provided they meet the return conditions outlined in our FAQ.
8. Warranty
Airofit ELITE devices are covered by a limited warranty for the duration of an active membership. Other Airofit devices are covered by a two-year limited warranty, subject to applicable conditions.
9. Health Disclaimer
The Services are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose or treat medical conditions. Consult a healthcare professional before use if you have any medical concerns.
10. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, violate applicable laws, or interfere with the security or operation of the Services.
11. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by Airofit or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Airofit shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months, unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Copenhagen, unless you opt out or mandatory law provides otherwise.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect, use, and disclose information from our users. You acknowledge and agree that your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy.
We welcome feedback, comments, and suggestions for improvements to the Services or Products (“Feedback”). You can submit Feedback by emailing us at [email protected]. You grant to us a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, fully paid, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license under any and all intellectual property rights that you own or control to use, copy, modify, create derivative works based upon and otherwise exploit the Feedback for any purpose.
